I founded Global Wealth Talent to serve as a strategic talent acquisition advisor for the private wealth management sector. Prior to founding my practice, I was the Senior Partner for Global Wealth Management at Korn Ferry International, the world’s largest executive recruiting firm, where I hired for clients across C-Suite, client advisory, senior product, and corporate functions leadership. I have also been Head of Talent Acquisition for UBS Wealth Management Americas, where I was a member of the Americas Human Resources Executive Committee in New York and the Global Talent and Recruiting Committee in Zurich. I commenced my executive search career with Russell Reynolds Associates in London.

Born and raised in Ireland, I additionally became a U.S. citizen during a twelve-year period of living in New York, where I covered the North and Latin American markets. I also spent some years in the Cayman Islands, where I developed an interest in the offshore private client sector, the growth of single-family offices in these jurisdictions, and their respective talent challenges. Before moving to the U.S., I spent a decade covering the EMEA and APAC markets from Europe. I have spent a significant amount of my professional career conducting business in Switzerland, both as an external search consultant and as an executive at UBS.

I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from University College Cork. Upon graduation, I relocated to Boston for SSgA’s International Graduate Program.
