My advisory work spans three interconnected areas:

  • Advisor Retention — uncovering the real drivers of loyalty and addressing flight risk before it turns into resignations.

  • Reputation Due Diligence — discreetly validating external leaders before they are hired, or those inherited through M&A, removing bias from executive referrals and ensuring cultural and performance fit.

Each can be addressed on its own, or in combination, depending on the priorities of leadership. The approach is flexible but always pivots first to urgent leadership mandates, ensuring immediate risks are contained before longer-term priorities are executed.

A Background in Scaling Elite Wealth Platforms

Before founding Global Wealth Talent, I served as Senior Partner for Wealth Management at Korn Ferry, where I led global mandates in advisor retention strategy, leadership succession, senior leadership assessment, and cross-border leadership appointments.

Previously, I was Co-Global Head of Talent & Recruiting at UBS Wealth Management, serving on both the Americas HR Executive Committee in New York and the Global Talent & Recruiting Committee in Zurich.

Over two decades, I have delivered 300+ leadership and retention mandates and built a global network of 10,000+ wealth professionals — across investment, leadership, and governance roles.

Today: Embedded, Independent, and Aligned

Now independent, I work without client conflicts or placement fees, partnering with firms that need high-trust, external execution — not slide decks or transactional recruiting.
